How much do your services cost?+
Our services are free for guests. We earn a commission from suppliers, so you pay the same as direct — often less, thanks to partner rates.
What languages do you speak?+
Russian, English and Vietnamese. We'll bridge the language gap with local suppliers.
How does payment work?+
It depends on the service: a booking deposit with the balance on site, or full payment to the supplier. We agree all details in advance and in writing.
Can you arrange a transfer from Cam Ranh airport?+
Yes. A premium car with a driver will meet you at Cam Ranh (CXR) and take you to your hotel or villa.
How reliable are the suppliers?+
We only work with vetted partners and flag verification on each card. Contacts and terms are confirmed before every booking.
How fast do you reply?+
